Just above the purchase button on a product is a file upload section where you can upload the photo of your furry friend.

Please take a photo in good lighting, eye level with your pet. Make sure no feature of your pet is cut out of the frame as we won't be able to add it to the portrait if cropped. Also double check that the fur colour of your pet is correct in the photo in order to get the most accurate representation of your pet. Close up photos are best.

After you upload your photo of your pet, our team of artists will work to make the most accurate representation of your pet. We will come back to you via email with a proof art of your pet after a few days, and you can either approve or request aspects of the portrait to be changed. We will then have it made and it will ship to your location!

On average, it will take us 2 days to send you a proof art via email. After you've confirmed the design, it will take around 4-8 business days to arrive at your house.
